Final Sale Policy

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges.
This includes deciding after purchase that you no longer want an item, prefer a different style, or want to return a bracelet after wearing it. Broken, defective or incomplete orders are handled separately as described below.

Classes, Readings & Specialty Items

All classes, workshops, tarot readings, and specialty boxes are final sale.
Once purchased, these items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.

Broken, Defective or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives broken, defective or incomplete, please contact info@ravenscauldron.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the problem; photos help us review damage or defects. We’ll review the issue and make it right with a replacement, refund or store credit, as appropriate. Our final-sale policy does not exclude help with broken or defective items.
